These professional grade flip-ups feature scratch-resistant Polaré polarized copper lenses.  Copper is a general purpose tint that heightens depth perception and object definition by effectively filtering scattered blue light to improve contrast. Higher light transmission levels than amber make copper a contrast enhancing lens that is effective in flat to variable light conditions. Transmits 21% of visible light.
